Returns gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase for full refund less associated shipping costs. To place a return you must contact us first by email and receive return authorization. Wood that has carved upon or Carving knives that have been used are not subject to return
Orders may be made by PayPal, Mail or Telephone. We accept email orders from established customers. We accept cashier checks and personal checks from established customers also. First time customers using checks will need to allow time for the checks to clear prior to shipping. There is a $30.00 charge for all returned checks.
